Life is good. Summer is hot - which I love, duh. Hannah is sweet as ever. She is enrolled at an awesome preschool and will start in September going from 9-1, 3 days a week. She craves interaction with other kids, and doesn't even cry anymore when we drop her off at Sunday school! I visited many preschools and had a lovely excel chart made comparing them all (obviously). We think we have chosen a wonderful place for Hannah to begin her schooling experience and where, most importantly, she will learn about Jesus. Here are some fun pics of her over the last month....
Chillin after a run at a beautiful friend's home in the 'hood.

Steve is still goofy, and newly skinny, which is really the subject of this post. We thought it would be fun to post some "before" and after pics. Needless to say, his weight loss has been extraordinary, and I am so proud of him. Everyone asks how he did it. He says, the "Justice Fitness" way :-). So, after careful deliberation, we have decided to start a blog to communicate what we personally and professionally advocate on how to live to your fullest potential. This lifestyle has worked for all of the people we have had the privilege to train and obviously, for Steve!
The sad thing is, Steve was "light". He worked very hard at keeping weight on, and it was a constant struggle for him. But we are thankful for his heavy days as it allowed him to achieve his lifelong goal of becoming a professional athlete!
